These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.
This Website is created, administered and controlled by chelseelewis.co.uk (Registered in UK No: 08767586), 124 Wigmore Street, Marylebone, W1U 3RY. You can contact us here. The Website is governed by the laws of uk although you may have additional rights under your local law if you are purchasing as a consumer chelseelewis.co.uk reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification. The contract will be concluded in English.
The Website may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a Customer should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you must;

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
We reserve the right to:

• Change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We have made every effort to reproduce colours on the Website as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
MAKING AN ORDER
All communication to you from chelseelewis.co.uk will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order please contact us immediately. chelseelewis.co.uk will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.
The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us are as follows:
• You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.
• We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from chelseelewis.co.uk
• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• The product you ordered being unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
chelseelewis.co.uk reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.
At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 8 business days for Tracked 48 Delivery, 12 business days for Western Europe and 20 business days for the Rest of The World.
We accept payment in GBP (£), Euro (€) and USD ($).
For payments made in GBP we accept: Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and MasterCard. For all other payments we accept: Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, MasterCard. We also accept payment through Stripe for GBP, Euro and US Dollars.
We do not hold any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider’s website.
We do not sell products to children, if you are under 18 you may use chelseelewis.co.uk, but all orders must be made by your parent or guardian.
Vouchers are available to purchase in treatment, product or money value in any single transaction online/phone.
The Gift Voucher are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable via telephone. Vouchers will not be honoured if sold to a 3rd party. You cannot buy another Gift Voucher with a Gift Voucher.
If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will automatically be credited to the original Gift Voucher. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Gift Voucher and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Gift Voucher in the first instance. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Gift Voucher, then any remaining refund balance will then be refunded to the other method of payment used. Any refunds credited to the original Voucher will be valid from the date of the original Voucher purchase.
If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund you. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). For faulty, damaged or incorrect items please see below. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For reasons of hygiene & safety, can not be refunded show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.
RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION
You are entitled to cancel your online order up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your order.
If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by email at email@example.com (with the word “Cancel” present in the subject line) We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out.
If your order has already left our warehouse and you decide to cancel, we will refund your order in full including any postage and packing you may have been charged up to a maximum of our Standard UK Delivery charge. Please ensure you inform us of your intent to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 14 days. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible. The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.
Where products received are of poor quality, incorrect, faulty or damaged, the following applies:
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods: we will offer you a full refund, including any postage you paid or if you prefer and the product is still available, a replacement will be sent.
After 30 days of receipt of the goods: the responsibility is yours to prove that the goods were faulty at the time they were received and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Depending on the circumstances we may offer a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to product(s) that are faulty, received damaged or not as described.

VAT & SALES TAXES
Sales taxes & import VAT on orders dispatched to the European Union are all pre-paid via the postal service.
Please note: We have no control over taxes and fees on orders sent outside of the EU. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.
We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation in place.
You should be aware that this site is being monitored and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service.
We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner’s Office. We use your information only for the following purposes:
